Dumpster Rental Agreement
Responsibility for Dumpster Contents
By renting from Cedar Creek Dumpsters, the customer agrees to take full responsibility for all materials placed inside the container.
Any additional fees resulting from prohibited or restricted items will be charged to the payment method on file.
If no card is available, the customer must pay with cash by delivery.
The following items are NOT allowed in the dumpster:
Tires
Paint or Paint Containers
Chemicals
Hot, Burning, or Smoldering Debris
Asbestos
Radioactive Materials
Flammable or Combustible Items
Explosives
Medical or Biohazard Waste
Liquids Of Any Kind
Toxic or Hazardous Substances
Refrigerators
Air Conditioning Units
Concrete, asphalt, stone, rock, and dirt are strictly prohibited.
If any prohibited items are discovered at the landfill, the customer WILL be billed for all fines or penalties issued.
Rental Duration Included in Price
17-yard dumpster: 1–7 days of rental time.
Loading Requirements
The dumpster must not be filled above the top edge or designated fill line. Overloaded containers may be refused for pickup due to safety concerns. Any legal issues, citations, or additional costs caused by improper loading will be the customer’s responsibility. Customers must remove excess debris before the dumpster can be hauled.
Access for Delivery & Pickup
The customer must ensure that the dumpster location is accessible for both delivery and removal. If the driver cannot service the dumpster due to blocked access, excessive weight, unsafe conditions, or any other obstruction, a $150 trip fee will be charged. Examples include:
Overfilled dumpsters
Low-hanging wires or tree branches
Vehicles or materials blocking access
Debris extending beyond the container
Containers too heavy to lift
Locked gates or restricted entry
Unsafe or obstructed driveways
This fee covers driver time, fuel, and route adjustments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 4 PM CST on the business day prior to delivery will receive a full refund. If the driver has already arrived at the delivery address, a $50 trip fee will be charged unless the delivery is rescheduled.
Moving the Dumpster
Customers are not permitted to move the dumpster themselves. Cedar Creek Dumpsters can relocate the container upon request for a $50 service fee. Any damage to the dumpster while on the customer’s property will be billed to the customer.
Weather-Related Weight
Rain, snow, and other weather conditions may increase the weight of the dumpster. Cedar Creek Dumpsters cannot prevent this and is not responsible for additional weight-related charges caused by weather.
Property Damage Disclaimer
The customer accepts responsibility for any damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces caused by the placement or removal of the dumpster. Driveway protection may be offered in the future, but until then, customers assume all risk when directing where the dumpster should be placed.
Compliance With Local Regulations
The customer is responsible for understanding and following all city, county, and state rules regarding dumpster placement and use. Any fines, penalties, or legal costs incurred while the dumpster is on the customer’s property will be charged to the customer.
Rental Period & Additional Days
The standard rental period is 1–7 days. After the rental period ends, Cedar Creek Dumpsters may retrieve the dumpster at any time. Additional days beyond the agreed rental period will be billed at $15.00 per day until pickup occurs.
Only rentals that use the full 7‑day period are eligible for additional days.
Additional days beyond 7 days will be billed at $15.00 per day until pickup occurs.
Customers will not be charged for extra days if Cedar Creek Dumpsters delays pickup for internal scheduling reasons.
Payments, Collections & Nonpayment
Payments must be made in full. If the customer fails to pay the remaining balance, Cedar Creek Dumpsters may forward the account to an attorney or a collection agency. The customer agrees to pay all additional costs associated with the collection process, including court fees, collection fees, and a $30 returned check fee. All payments will be processed through Wix Payments, and the card on file may be charged for any outstanding balance.
Personal Guarantee
Placing an order through this website constitutes a personal guarantee of payment. All customer information is kept strictly confidential.
Customer Responsibility for Pickup Notification
The customer must contact Cedar Creek Dumpsters at (903-505-0074) when the dumpster is ready for removal. Rental time stops once Cedar Creek Dumpsters has been notified.
Non-Hazardous Waste Only
Only non-hazardous solid waste may be placed in the dumpster.
Prohibited waste includes, but is not limited to:
Liquids
Radioactive, Corrosive, Volatile, Flammable, or Explosive materials
Biomedical or Infectious Waste
Toxic or Hazardous Substances
Tires, Paint, Batteries, Oil, Vehicle Parts, Sewage Sludge, etc.
Liability for Prohibited Waste
Ownership and responsibility for prohibited waste remain with the customer at all times. Cedar Creek Dumpsters reserves the right to inspect, test, or analyze any waste placed in the container.
Damage to Surfaces & Equipment Restrictions
Cedar Creek Dumpsters is not responsible for damage to driveways or surfaces when placing dumpsters in customer-designated areas. Customers may not move dumpsters using personal or third-party equipment.
Payment & Card on File
Payment is required at the time of reservation.
The card used for booking will remain on file until the account balance is fully paid.
